About Petaluma City Ballet Petaluma City Ballet is a member company of Regional Dance America/Pacific Division, and is a non-profit 501(C)(3) corporation. The company is under the direction of Ann Ringstad Derby, Artistic Director, and Zoura Tompkins O'Neill, Associate Director.
